From a background as a competitive athlete and Personal Trainer to Holistic Lifestyle coach, Bo has become an experinced Coach in sport conditioning and athletic Mind-Body development.

 

For over 20 years Bo's unique holistic approach has changed the lives of countless people. By treating the body as a whole system and finding the root of the problem. Because of this, Bo has been successful where traditional approaches have consistently failed.
