WHY IS NUTRITION COACHING NEEDED?

Bo works on a one-to-one assessment and consultation and has a program that will:

Bo has level 3 accreditation in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching with C.H.E.K. (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology). This is the most advanced nutrition & lifestyle specialist qualification of its kind in the world - within the sports, holistic and scientific fraternity.

With a C.H.E.K. Institute Practioner, you're in safe hands.

The C.H.E.K. approach of aetiology is used at all times. (Atiology means: "what is the cause of my problem?")

Using specialist equipment, Bo can assess your metabolic typing and work out a program specific to you.

The addition of other resources such as specific corrective exercise may also be introduced into your program depending on your circumstances.
